Last Updated: April 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the TruLine Medical website, customer account services, ordering process, invoices, products, and related services. By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting an order request, paying an invoice, or purchasing from TruLine Medical, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Company Information

TruLine Medical (“TruLine Medical,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) supplies quality-controlled products to approved customer accounts and qualified organizations. TruLine Medical operates through an account-based ordering model and reserves the right to review, approve, decline, suspend, or terminate customer accounts at its discretion.

2. Eligibility & Approved Accounts

Purchasing from TruLine Medical is limited to approved customer accounts. Customers may be required to provide business information, professional credentials, National Provider Identifier (NPI), licensing information, or other supporting documentation before ordering privileges are granted.

By creating an account or submitting an order request, you represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. TruLine Medical may request additional information at any time to verify account eligibility.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify TruLine Medical promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

TruLine Medical may suspend or terminate account access if we believe account information is inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, unauthorized, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order request through the website does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. All orders are subject to review for account status, product availability, pricing, shipping information, payment status, and order accuracy.

Once an order has been reviewed and accepted, TruLine Medical may issue an electronic invoice to the email address associated with the customer account. Orders are not released for fulfillment until payment has been received and verified.

TruLine Medical reserves the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or modify any order at its discretion.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes, invoices, and product availability may vary depending on inventory, customer account status, supplier availability, and other business factors.

Payment instructions will be included with each invoice. Accepted payment methods may include credit card, ACH, wire transfer, or other approved payment options depending on customer account status. Orders begin processing only after payment has been received and verified.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, shipping charges, processing fees, bank fees, or other costs associated with an order unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Product Availability

Product availability is not guaranteed. TruLine Medical may discontinue, modify, limit, or substitute products at any time. If an ordered product is unavailable, TruLine Medical may contact the customer regarding alternatives, delays, credits, refunds, or cancellation.

7. Product Information & Documentation

Product descriptions, specifications, Certificates of Analysis, lot information, storage recommendations, and related documentation are provided for informational purposes only. Customers are responsible for reviewing all available information and determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended lawful application.

TruLine Medical does not warrant that product information is complete, current, or suitable for any specific purpose. Customers are responsible for determining whether additional testing, documentation, or review is necessary.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, storage, handling, evaluation, distribution, and use of products obtained from TruLine Medical complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, professional obligations, and internal policies.
